John Galliano set sail for a South Sea island paradise with a romp of a show for Christian Dior.
Palm tree prints, sailors' hats, nautical jackets, matelot trousers, and sarong-gowns accessorized with leis, created a colourful, upbeat and highly-wearable collection infused with tropical colour and witty accessories.
Galliano started with sassy naval uniforms that could have come straight off a saucy postcard, the models' red lips and stiffened, glossy fringed hair dos giving them the air of perfect pin-ups - Coco Rocha pouting and winking at the camera pulled it off to a T.
The British supermodel, Kate Moss, caused a paparazzi frenzy and was virtually engulfed by camera crews and photographers, as she arrived for the show, accompanied by a phalanx of bodyguards and security heavyweights.
And she was Wearing a black fur shrug and black leather mini-dress, by Dior, she watched from the front row, alongside the president and chief executive of Christian Dior, Sidney
Toledano.
